
Former Glenmary High School teacher, Donald Lee, has been found guilty on two charges of unprofessional conduct.
The story was first reported by the CBC.
The ATA’s decision was announced on Friday, and Lee will have to pay a fine of $4,000 as well as receive a written reprimand.
Lee taught band and religion at the high school.
At the hearing, it was revealed that on November 6, 2018, Lee questioned a male student for wearing a female pirate costume for a Halloween event.
