Vision 2030 – Town of Grimshaw Strategic Plan
Council approved updates to Vision 2030, the Town of Grimshaw’s Strategic Plan. The plan outlines Council’s action items, timelines and success indicators for priorities indicated in the plan. Priorities include Human Resources Planning and Programming, Economic Development, Recreation, Tourism, Water Security and Development, and Regional Collaboration.
2024 Paving Projects
Council directed Administration to contract EGIS to tender the following paving projects for this upcoming summer/fall season:

Council approves Consolidated Financial Statements
Brandon Gagnon and Ted de Kleine from MNP presented the findings of the audit of the Town of Grimshaw’s Consolidated Financial Statements for the 2023 fiscal year. MNP shared thorough information with the Council and expressed appreciation to the Town’s administration and staff for their knowledge and assistance during the audit. Council also expressed its appreciation to MNP for its partnership and professionalism.
Urban Hen Resident Request
Council approved a resident’s request to increase their urban hen flock from 4 to 6 hens. The current bylaw allows a maximum of 4 hens.
