Five students from St. Stephen’s school in Valleyview are off to a National science fair next week.
Janessa Bourlon, Elianna Eagles, Hannah Klinck, Isabella Pozniak, and Paige Trofimenkoff all qualified for the Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWSF), hosted by Youth Science Canada.
The students qualified at the Peace Country Regional Science Fair held in Peace River in March.
The six-day event takes place from May 26-31 at Carleton University in Ottawa.
The CWSF participants compete for a range of awards and scholarships, celebrating scientific excellence, creativity, and potential societal impact.
