High Prairie RCMP is looking for witnesses.
They’re trying to locate a suspect vehicle that struck at 13-year-old within the community on October 31, 2017.
At around 7:30 PM, a silver/white sedan was turning west bound from 48 Street at the intersection it shares with 53 Avenue when it allegedly hit the boy as he was crossing the roadway heading northbound.
The vehicle, according to police, did not stop and continued to head westbound.
Luckily, the boy was okay. He was taken to hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries and was released.
The investigation remains ongoing.
