He’s joined forces with AFSC to bring a break to farmers during Harvest.
Country Music Artist Jaydee Bixby is providing the entertainment portion of the program to Meals in the Field.
It’s a promotion that gives a farmer, or farm family a break from the busy season, to gather, have a catered meal, and be part of a concert, put on by Bixby.
One of the venues where the Break took place was the Community Hall in Hawk Hills, just north of Manning.
That’s where I caught up with the entertainer, who was actually born in Drumheller.
