Having held various positions within the CSNO, from teaching, to school principals (Quatre-Vents and Héritage), to assistant director general, and then to general management, she leaves an impressive legacy, notably the development of École des Quatre-Vents from 2000 to 2008.
Among his accomplishments as Executive Director of the CSNO since 2015 are the overhaul of the Council’s organizational clarity, the conduct of several education plans and strategic plans, as well as the development of the offer of educational programs and services, such as school guidance, inclusive education, daycares and student well-being services. In addition, Ms. Kropielnicki played an important role in the school infrastructure file, with the obtaining of a new construction for École des Quatre-Vents (2020) and a complete modernization of École Héritage (2024).
His contribution to the evolution of Francophone education is not limited to his internal functions at the CSNO. With the needs of the Francophone school community always at the forefront, Ms. Kropielnicki has maintained an active involvement in various local, regional and provincial authorities. In particular, she worked as director of the Special Education Network from 2010-2012 and has sat on numerous boards of directors such as CEDÉFA, CEFFA, CASS, the provincial and regional ACFA of Rivière-la-Paix and the Francophone deanery.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the trustees, as well as all the staff at the central office and the schools, for their support and collaboration over the years,” says Kropielnicki. ” I will always remain attached to the CSNO school community!”

The Conseil scolaire du Nord-Ouest plans to begin the recruitment process for a new director general in the near future. The process to fill the position will take place over the next few months, with a view to starting on August 1, 2025.
