Nampa’s Tyrell Boucher is enjoying his time playing at the college hockey level.
Boucher just completed his first season playing at Northern Michigan University. He transferred there after a semester at the University of Alaska-Anchorage. However, he only played 10 games for the Northern Michigan Wildcats before a broken leg ended his season.
A former member of the Grande Prairie Storm of the AJHL, he says he hasn’t decided on a major to study yet, although he is leaning towards getting a finance degree.
We talked to Boucher about his season, balancing school work with hockey, his junior hockey career, and more. You can listen to the full interview below.
