Will Smith – Based on a True Story
This was one I wasn’t expecting. Will Smith is releasing his first album in almost 20 years. He falls one day short of making it a full 20 years, his last album being released on March 29, 2005 (that’s before I was even born)! Based on a True Story is featuring 14 tracks, with 5 previously released singles and 9 new songs.
NAV – OMW2 REXDALE
Toronto native NAV is back with a new album, after taking a break following his 2022 release. He’s released two singles that will be featuring on this album, and has hinted at features from many legendary names in the rap scene like Future, Don Toliver, and Playboi Carti, who is coming off of the success of his highly-anticipated album, MUSIC.
Jessie Reyez – Paid In Memories
Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez is releasing her third studio album tonight. She’s been writing for major artists like Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa for most of her career, and she is best known for her early career hit “Figures” which came out in 2017.
Those are just some of the albums coming out tonight, looks to be a pretty solid weekend to finish off this month which had some major standout releases, like Lady Gaga’s Mayhem and Selena Gomez and benny blanco’s I Said I Love You First.
