The post-season get underway this week in the NWJHL. This past season saw the league split it’s eight clubs into two divisions.
The East-West division had the North Peace Navigators, Fairview Flyers, Dawson Creek Kodiaks and Fort St. John Huskies. In the North-South division you had the La Crete Lumber Barons, Sexsmith Vipers, Grande Prairie Wheat Kings and Beaverlodge Blades.
The first round matchups have #1 vs #4 and #2 vs #3 in each division in a best-of-five series, then the division finals and league championship will be a best-of-seven. The winner of the league title will go to the Junior B provincials happening in Morinville from April 2-6.
