A man and a woman are set to appear in a Peace River Courtroom for trial on October 24, 2017.
The RCMP’s Integrated Traffic Unit in Peace River says that Bryton Laboucan and Rhonda Brent of Fairview are facing charges of possession and trafficking.
It comes after police stopped a suspicious vehicle in Grimshaw on May 31, 2017. Upon further investigation, police located 33.95 grams of methamphetamine in 12 different packages, 1.8 grams of marijuana, 0.7 grams of morphine, three oxycodone pills, $1,310 and three knives.
Laboucan and Brent are out on an interim release of their own recognizance with strict conditions, pending trial.
