After 10 years we are finally getting season 5 of Phineas and Ferb. The show was originally released back in 2007, and its fourth season wrapped up in 2015. It follows 2 brothers as they get up to some wild shenanigans building all kinds of machines over the course of the summer
I absolutely loved this show growing up with it’s witty jokes, fun and iconic characters, and absurdity.
It is set to come out June 5th and the original voice cast is returning along with the co-creators. One of the co-creators Dan Povenmire said: “It has been the greatest pleasure of my career to see how an entire generation of kids and parents have embraced the characters and the humour of Phineas and Ferb, I’m eagerly looking forward to diving back into the show for them and for a whole new generation.”
They also plan to release an album of songs featured in the show and even a low-fi version…which would be great to study once summer finally ends.
