Peace Regional RCMP continues to investigate a report of trespassing and mischief east of Grimshaw.
Mounties say that some suspects were seen “casing” out several rural residences on Thursday, November 16, 2017 along Highway 2A, otherwise known as Roma Drive.
The suspects were said to be entering multiple unlocked sheds and outbuildings, although nothing was reported stolen at this time.
But police do believe that the suspects intend to return to each of these residences, plus a few others in the area, to commit various Break & Enters, as well as some Thefts.
Residents are advised to be vigilant in removing keys from vehicles as well as locking outbuildings and placing valuables in secure locations.
Anyone who has further information in this case is asked to call Peace Regional RCMP at 780-624-6677.
