Peace River, Alta. – Peace regional RCMP are investigating after receiving a report of a capsized boat floating in the Peace River. The boat was last seeing at the Hwy 986 Bridge and was continuing downstream.
A witness describes the watercraft as:
· Red Bottom
· Black Lettering
· about the size of a jet boat.
RCMP are trying to determine if the craft was simply carried away from rising water levels or if it is associated to an emergency situation.
