With the Provincial Election in Alberta now in the rear-view mirror, it`s time to get down to business with the Government.
Cabinet has been chosen by Premier Danielle Smith, and it contains a somewhat rural flavour.
One cabinet position chosen is RJ Sigurdson, the MLA for Highwood, just south of Calgary.
He has been selected as the new Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation.
Many issues are on the table in the sector, and the Minister is anxious to dive right in, even in his first time as a Minister.
