The RCMP Major Crimes Unit has made two arrests following an investigation into a homicide on March 6.
The investigation started when the High Prairie RCMP found human remains off Highway 88 near Red Earth Creek on December 4 of last year.
An autopsy on December 6 determined that 24-year old Faisal Fadul Aden of Edmonton had been murdered.
Winston Derksen and Deidre Lafferty were found in Prince George, BC and Yellowknife, NT respectively.
Due to the suspects being apprehended out of province, no court date has been set.
