Red Earth Creek RCMP charge numerous people with property related crimes

Red Earth Creek, Alta. – In July of 2022, Red Earth Creek RCMP initiated an investigation in an attempt to identify people responsible for a spike in property crime. As a result of a several month property crime project, Red Earth Creek RCMP have charged the following people:

Cory Gabriel Letendre (35), a resident of Loon River First Nations, has been charged with:

·       Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (x2)

·       Theft Under $5000.00

·       Assault on Police

·       Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle

·       Flight from Police

Letendre will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on Sept. 6, 2022.

Dan Junior Noskey (45), a resident of Loon River First Nations, has been charged with:

·       Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

·       Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle

·       Resist Arrest

Nosky will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on Sept. 6, 2022.

Teresa Jane Seeseequon (25), a resident of Red Earth Creek, has been charged with:

·       Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

·       Theft of Truck

·       Flight from Police

·       Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle

Seeseequon will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on Sept. 6, 2022.

Johnny Seeseequon (55), a resident of Red Earth Creek, has been charged with:

·       Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

·       Break and Enter

Seeseequon will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on Sept. 6, 2022.

Raymond Edward Sawan Jr. (38), ), a resident of Loon River First Nations, has been charged with:

·       Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

·       Break and Enter

Sawan’s matter have been taken care of in court.

Laurel Jennifer Letendre (45), a resident of Loon River First Nations, has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime. She will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on Sept. 6, 2022.

Brendon Cunningham (31), a resident of Edmonton, has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime and is currently on warrant status.

Terence Ryley Letendre (40), a resident of Loon River First Nations, has been charged with theft under $5000.00. He will  be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on Sept. 6, 2022.
