Roll up the Rim is back at Tim Hortons.
I never have any luck with these contests (as you can tell by my photo). Despite that I still love them. This year they are returning to the traditional roll-up cup. Previously it had just been done online. This was started due to the pandemic and stuck around until this year. I had heard many people complaining about it. Although I do understand why they initially did it I’m glad it’s back.
Many things are going digitally these days. So, the fact that we have something real, I love it. McDonald’s has been doing a hybrid method for their monopoly contest allowing you to still physically collect the pieces and also enter them online. I don’t mind that way either because there is something so satisfying about sticking those things on a sheet of paper.
I haven’t won yet…but there is still hope! At least we got the physical roll-up back. So even if I don’t win I still have some fun. Sometimes it may hurt my fingers to dig my nails in the rim, and heck sometimes I get excited and do it before I’m done drinking and cause a little spill…but, I love it!
