While most students in the Peace River School Division enjoy their last day of classes today, it’s a bitter-sweet feeling in Dixonville.
The Peace River School Division voted to close the school, back in April, due to declining enrollment.
The K-9 school closes after nearly a century of operation. (94 years)
Students will be transported to Grimshaw, starting in the Fall.
