This is not an advertisement, I promise, but a soap that says it has 18 different uses really peaks my interest. Donny from the station told me about this product and I just can’t resist writing about it. Doctor Bronner’s soaps.
Shampoo and body wash commonly promises a 3 in 1 effect, which barely does what it says, and instead leaves you smelling like a tween that thinks body spray needs to go in every possible crevice. So how does 18 in 1 work and why??
According to the website, Dr. Bronner’s Soaps can be used for:
- Shaving
- Sahmpoo
- Dental Cleaning
- Body Wash
- Hot Towel Massage
- Bathing
- Deoderant
- Breath Freshener
- Mouthwash
- Baby Wash
- After-Shave
- Hand Soap
- Foot Soak
- Laundry Wash
- Pet Wash
- Fruit and Vegetable Rinse
- Pet Spray
- Household Cleaner
Some of these blend to me as the same use, but I guess they wanted the soap to market better by including as many uses as possible. The website does say its all organic and 100% pure-castile, “The high foaming lather of these soaps is from their high coconut oil content, which makes a more luxurious and rich lather than any detergent can ever create. The ingredients are certified organic, fair trade and 100% vegan using no detergents, foaming agents or animal testing. They are packaged using 100% post-consumer recycled plastic.”click here to visit the website that explains more about the power of an 18 in one soap product.
Would I purchase this? Most likely, NO. I can just buy seperate products I need rather than spend time converting the soap for the use I want. I am not convinced this is practical and I will stick with that opinion, I would enjoy meeting a person that has used the soap in all 18 ways however.
