  1. A boil Water Advisory has been issued for Paddle Prairie.
    The Metis Settlement is taking the precaution because of a power outage on Tuesday, which affected operations at the Water Treatment Plant.
  2. Water restrictions have been lifted in the town of Valleyview.
    A Water Shortage Plan was put in place in town back in the early summer.
  3. RCMP officers has been cleared of any wrong-doing regarding a fatal shooting near High Prairie three years ago.
    The ASIRT report says after a chase into a forest, the suspect shot at officers in an attempted ambush, resulting in the death of a police dog.
    After numerous attempts to arrest the suspect, he in-turn picked up a rifle, and was fatally shot.
  4. Safety is the biggest concern heading into the Fall and Winter months.
