- Peace River Town Council had reps from Alberta Transport discussing the status of the Peace River Bridge project.
The Province is in the process of procuring a contractor for some of the unfinished scope of the project, while working with the current contractor to overcome some challenges. - They are bringing awareness to a silent cause in the Peace Region.

A key issue in bargaining has been a push to expand parcel deliveries into the weekend, but the union and Canada Post are at odds over how to make it work. - Premier Danielle Smith says the government is eyeing a number of steps to challenge the proposed federal greenhouse gas emissions cap.
