Today on the Trending 55 Hot Seat, we chatted with Deron Bilous, the NDP’s Critic for Jobs, the Economy and Innovation.
The MLA for Edmonton-Beverly-Clareview was talking about his efforts to learn more about the government’s Jobs Now program, and that the porvince is leaving millions in federal money on the table.
When asked about $10,000 grants for businesses, Bilous tells us he hears from entrepreneurs regularly and that money won;t cover a single month of bills in some cases.
However, he does agree with the government’s goal to bring high-speed internet.
