Cereals and canola did well in 2022 (Charles Simoneau)

The Fall season is looking good for Canola and cereals, according to the Alberta Canola Producers Commission.

The fairly wet spring, followed by the hot, dry summer, have been ideal growing conditions for farmers, heading into the Harvest.

With that in mind, officials are still concerned, but not overly about the future, with what’s going on abroad.

However, officials are optimistic about this year ending on a good note, during the Harvest season.

The Alberta Canola Producers Commission is quite happy with how things have produced during the 2022 growing season.

Charles Simoneau is the Region 3 Director of the Alberta Canola Producers Commission, based in Guy.
