We have a new Trailer for the Garfield Movie and it seems like a fun time. The trailer starts with a somber tone seeing young Garfield try to find his way in the world and meet Jon. Then he becomes the cat we all know and loves eating lasagna and hating Mondays with the trailer’s tone shifting to a more vibe. It seems like the majority of the film will be about Garfield and his dad getting up to shenanigans. Which seems like an interesting premise. Garfield’s dad is played by Samuel L. Jackson and Garfield is played by Chris Pratt. Pratt did fine in the Mario movie so maybe he can prove himself once again in this role…we will have to wait and see.
Overall I am cautiously excited about this one. It seems like it could be good but I think I just need to actually see this thing to make an opinion. Below is the trailer.
