A 29-year-old Grande Prairie man has been charged with criminal negligence causing death.
Wood Buffalo RCMP says that a 65-year-old man was killed in a car crash on Saturday, February 11, at the intersection of Highway 63 and Mackenzie Boulevard in Fort McMurray.
A 16-year-old girl was seriously injured in the six-vehicle crash.
The suspect, who makes his first court appearance in Fort McMurray on April 26, 2017, has not been identified due to the charge not being sworn in at court.
Police continue their investigation at this time.
