High Prairie and Faust RCMP are both continuing to investigate a fatal collision on Highway 2 near Joussard. At 5:31 in the afternoon on Friday, January 23rd, two pick-up trucks collided with a transport truck towing heavy equipment. Joussard resident Steven Moench, who was driving one of the pick-ups, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other pick-up truck was taken to hospital, where he was treated for a head injury.
