One of Canada’s top Terrain Park Designers was in Peace River over the weekend. Jay Hoots is known nationwide for his work on recreational terrain spots. He has been courted by a group to design, and hopefully build a park on, and around Misery Mountain. This weekend’s visit was the first stage of the consultation process made possible with assistance from Style Ryte Cleaners and Peace Country Cycle. A mountain bike terrain park is one of many ideas which would help Misery Mountain become a viable recreational site year around.
