St. Andrew’s School in High Prairie has confirmed that a positive case of COVID-19 was at the school while contagious.
School administration immediately started the contact tracing process and have personally contacted all families and staff who are close contacts of the positive individual.
They’ve recommended that those close contacts isolate their children and get them tested for COVID-19.
If your family did not receive a phone call, your children are not required to isolate.
Out of respect for the individual, and in accordance with Alberta Health Services guidelines, no further information will be shared about these cases.
