The owners of Manning Fas Gas have been identified as the two people arrested on December 5, 2017, following a search and seizure.
55-year-old Seung (Steve) Yoo and 52-year-old Kyung-Hae Yoo are both charged with Three Counts of Extortion Contrary to the Criminal Code, Fraud of over $5,000, and Falifying Pay-Rate of Employment Offers Contrary to the Criminal Code.
Both defendants have since been released from custody, and will appear in Peace River Provincial Court on Monday, January 15, 2018.
The RCMP will offer no further information into this matter, as the matter is now before the courts.
