After some productive meetings, several of the Town’s outstanding legal issues have been finalized.
The Town of Peace River is saying that Highland Helicopters and Canwest have resolved their action on the lease transfer matter, and as a result of the agreements, the conspiracy action against the Town and Northern Air has been dropped.
The Town says they’re looking forward go building on this foundation and developing strong partnerships moving forward.
